Job description

Handyman services for rental property renovation. Must be proficient in all of items listed below. Must have good problem solving skills. Candidate must able to work independent on a a renovation make ready. Company vehicle is available for travel to job sites. Must have valid drivers license to use.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Replace existing light fixtures
• Install/replace kitchen and bathroom faucet and trap
• Install bathroom vanity
• Install shower surround
• Install interior/exterior slab door and cased doors
• Install kitchen cabinets and countertop
• Able to follow to do list
• Get it done attitude

Skills

• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
