WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Caring Transitions of Garland, Texas, is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to help grow our referral network and generate qualified leads and appointments within a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and an authentic connection to our mission.

This role has the potential to become a full-time position within 6-12 months, or sooner, based on performance and business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
 

  • Experience in the senior services community, such as assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, is preferred, but not necessary
  • Identify and develop new referral sources in the Garland Area
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
  • Actively contact and follow up with leads by phone, email, and in-person meetings, local daytime travel required
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with community partners such as assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, and family-law or estate attorneys, or any other referral partners that are relevant to the industry
  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement local growth strategies and quarterly sales objectives
  • Utilize branded materials, social media tools, training content, and email campaigns to promote services and increase brand awareness
  • Participate in webinars, networking events, and community outreach to stay visible in the market
  • Provide regular activity reports and performance updates

  • Would prefer CRM tools experience
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events

REQUIREMENTS
 
  • High school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Able to work 15-20 hours a week with flexible scheduling
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check

COMPENSATION
 
  • Salary commensurate with industry experience
  • Future performance bonuses based on closed appointments and company profitability
