We specialize in relocation, downsizing, and online auctions. We’re hiring an awesome part-time CTBids Quality Control Manager for work in Lynnwood, WA and the surrounding areas. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all CT Bids functions
    • Ensure accuracy of auction items prior to “live” status
    • Manages team member lotting quality and communicates as needed
    • Create, Update and Launch Online Auctions
    • Delegate re-lotting as needed
    • Market Sales / All Email Campaigns through FranConnect system
    • Manages bidder questions / concerns
    • Takes escalation calls regarding CT Bids
    • Close live CTBids auctions, process payments, generate invoices and schedule pickup days/times
    • Conduct follow-up calls with buyers post auction
  • Manage Shipping & Operations for CTBids
    • Manages ShippingSaint order processing and reconciliation
    • Pull, pack and fulfil active shipping orders in ShippingSaint
    • Ensure shipping is delivered to UPS by Friday afternoon (delegates as needed)
  • Manages all payment collection for CT Bids / AR / Unpaid bidders
  • Maintain AnswerConnect Calls
  • Creates Sales Reports
  • Generates and sends team member reports
  • Coordinate and plan employee events
  • Follow best practices, health and safety requirements, and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Compassion and respect for clients and their families
  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills required
  • Knowledge of cloud-based tools for time management, photo storage, et cetera.
  • Ability to complete tasks and work in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Willingness to work in cluttered and/or dirty environments. We provide work gloves, aprons, etc.
  • Detail oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Punctual and attentive to detail
  • Have transportation, and smartphone access for scheduling, timekeeping and project management
  • Age 18 years or older with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must undergo a pre-employment background check
