Job Description:
Primary responsibilities are to help with moderate and heavy moving of furniture and other large items, packing dumpsters, and home clean-outs for the senior population.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lift and carry moderate and heavy furniture and household items
  • Pack dumpsters
  • Prepare large and heavy items for moves
  • Assist with the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of household furniture and goods
  • Disassemble and reassemble furniture and household items
  • Use hand or power tools as needed
  • Report to team lead and work with team members to complete projects successfully
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, growing business environment with the independence to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
  • Operates with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and drive a positive impact within the community

  • Capable of following directions accurately while working effectively under supervision
  • Available for weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays - comfortable with a part-time, fluid schedule as hours may vary weekly
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportatio
  • Smartphone to utilize project management, scheduling, and time-keeping applications
  • Ability to perform demanding physical labor, including the capacity to lift and move up to 60 lbs. while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
  • Capable of working effectively in diverse environments, including cluttered, dusty, or dirty spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Proficiency operating various hand and power tools as required for project tasks
