What We Do

We help seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, estate clean-outs, and online auctions. Our work is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires care, efficiency, and teamwork.

The Role

We’re hiring a Move Supervisor / Crew Lead to lead the move portion of our jobs and support clean-out work as needed.

This role is a great fit for someone with strong moving experience who is ready to step into more responsibility and help lead a crew on job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate move jobs
• Wrap and protect furniture properly
• Load, unload, and move items safely and efficiently
• Help keep the crew organized and on pace
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Support clean-out jobs as part of the team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in moving, furniture handling, or similar hands-on work
• Comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed
• Strong work ethic—you’ll be working alongside the team
• Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule

• Part-time to start (6–10 hours/week)
• Opportunity for more hours as work grows
• Primarily weekday jobs

Pay

• $20-24/hour DOE
