About the Role:
As an Online Auction/In-Person Estate Sale Merchandiser, you'll be a key player in executing our estate sales and online auctions. Your role will involve curating, organizing, and photographing items to ensure they reach their highest potential value. This position blends the excitement of online sales with the hands-on approach of in-person sales, offering a unique and rewarding experience.
Your Day-to-Day Activities:
- Cataloging & Research: Research, catalog, and photograph items for online auctions and estate sales. Provide detailed descriptions and highlight unique features to attract buyers.
- Organizing & Displaying: Prepare items for sale by sorting & organizing and staging them to enhance their appeal. Ensure that all items are presented in the best possible light, both online and in-person.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with potential buyers, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Execution: Manage in-person estate sales, including setting up and overseeing in-person transactions. Ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
