- Sort, research, photograph, and describe items for CTBids.com.
- Identify unique, valuable, or marketable pieces based on resale trends.
- Organize homes for sale, donation, or disposal with professionalism and care.
- Assist with auction pickups, greet buyers, verify orders, and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment in a variety of home conditions.
- Collaborate with a team that values creativity, integrity, and kindness.

- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and comfort working in diverse home environments.
- Passion for second-hand finds and knowledge of resale market trends.
- Starting Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Part-time, project-based weekday hours (typically 10–25 hours per week depending on project flow)
- Location: Twin Cities Metro & surrounding areas
- Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
