Caring Transitions of Milford is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a passion for the senior community and a talent for sales. We Need You if You Have:

  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience (including cold calls), preferably in the senior space.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills. Comfortable with phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A drive to connect, build, and nurture relationships.
  • A compassionate approach and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and the community.
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to sales calls.

What will the Role Entail:

  • Cold calling Referral partners and setting up Consultations.
  • Working with the lead BDR on creating a strategy for tracking and closing opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to attend networking events confidently promote our services.
