Senior Relocation & Organizing Team Lead (Part-Time)

We're looking for a Senior Relocation & Organizing Team Lead who enjoys staying active, helping others, and leading by example. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team while also helping coordinate projects and keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
As a Team Lead, you'll participate in the same day-to-day project work as our team members while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.
You may:
- Guide and support team members on project sites
- Help organize, sort, pack, and prepare household belongings for relocation, donation, or sale
- Assist with client move-ins and home setup projects
- Help coordinate daily project activities and priorities
- Ensure projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Maintain a positive, supportive team environment
- Communicate project updates and needs to management
- Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong client service

A Quick Note
This is an active, hands-on leadership role. Team Leads work alongside their team and help wherever needed to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Most items handled are light household belongings and boxes weighing less than 30 pounds. Heavy lifting and furniture moving are not part of this position.
