WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Get ready for a job with plenty of variety! As a Transition Services Team Member, you'll help:
Pack It Up! Carefully pack, unpack, and organize household belongings.
Make Moving Day Better! Help clients relocate and turn their new space into a comfortable, welcoming home.
Discover Hidden Treasures! Sort, photograph, organize, and prepare household items and collectibles for online estate auctions.
Create Order Out of Chaos! Help clients downsize, declutter, and make decisions about their belongings.
Roll Up Your Sleeves! Move furniture, load and unload vehicles, and help clear out homes.
Make Every Project Shine! Keep workspaces organized, protect clients' belongings, and help projects stay on schedule.
Be a Team Player! Work alongside a supportive crew to accomplish big things together.

Can handle physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving household items.
Bonus Points! Experience in moving, packing, organizing, estate sales, online auctions, retail, caregiving, home staging, or similar work is a plus.
No experience in our industry? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

THE DETAILS
Position: Part-Time, Project-Based
Schedule: Hours vary based on project needs
Availability: Daytime weekday availability is especially important
Location: Clients' homes and project sites throughout the Kansas City Metro area
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform active, hands-on work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and moving household items
