We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-focused Team Lead to oversee project teams and ensure smooth, successful client experiences.

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-focused Team Lead to oversee project teams and ensure smooth, successful client experiences.

- Lead and train small teams on-site for downsizing, relocation, and estate sale projects
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and within planned hours
- Maintain tools and supplies for each project site
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management
- Monitor quality and uphold company standards and safety procedures
- Report incidents, attendance, and progress to management
- A positive, dependable, servant leader with compassion for clients, families, and team members
- Great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in homes and varied environments
- Reliable transportation and smartphone access required
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience with antiques, thrift stores, or related a plus, but not required
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
