Business Development Representative (Real Estate Liaison)
San Diego (East County/Central) – Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week to start)
Caring Transitions of La Mesa is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to cultivate and grow high-value referral relationships within the local real estate community, specifically targeting top producers in La Mesa, Del Cerro, Allied Gardens, San Carlos, Tierrasanta, and Lemon Grove.
This is a structured outreach role designed for a professional who thrives in networking environments, builds trust quickly, and enjoys generating a consistent lead flow through professional relationship development. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in making us the "First Choice" partner for every brokerage in our territory.
What You’ll Do
Caravan Dominance: Attend local real estate events (East County/Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors) to actively build and maintain agent relationships.
Brokerage Presentations: Deliver regular, polished presentations at brokerage sales meetings to educate agents on how our "White Glove" service helps them close deals faster.
Structured Follow-Up: Execute a disciplined follow-up sequence with agents to move them from "Contact" to "Consistent Referral Partner."
CRM Accountability: Track all outreach, conversations, and leads inside our CRM to ensure we are Measuring Results.
Pipeline Management: Book and maintain your own brokerage presentation pipeline, including at least one presentation and one evening networking event per month.

Requirements
Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout our target zip codes and greater San Diego.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Willingness to attend evening networking events monthly.
A solid understanding of the real estate industry is preferred (perfect for a newer professional looking to build deep industry connections).
Compensation
Base Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience).
Performance Bonus: commission for every completed project
Hours: 15-20 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase based on performance.
Mileage: Standard mileage reimbursement provided.
