Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Shipping & Supply Coordinator is to ensure that each service team has all necessary materials to perform their tasks efficiently, thereby enhancing our client families' experiences and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with the Client Success Manager, Business Operations Manager, Team Leads and team members.
  • Be punctual for all scheduled jobs.
  • Review upcoming job materials weekly in Connecteams
Inventory & Supply Management:
  • Maintain Par Inventory of supplies for both service teams as per the inventory par stock form.
  • Order or purchase supplies as needed.
  • Load materials for client jobs as noted in Connecteams
  • Deliver materials to job sites as needed
  • Pick up final materials from job sites upon job completion, if needed
  • Check back in materials used on client jobs and note on client material forms, sorting them for quality – either for reuse or liquidation for donation.
Warehouse & Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Keep the warehouse organized, tidy, and accessible.
  • Maintain the CT Van in top running condition, including oil changes, tires, and routine    services.
  • Clean out the interior of the CT vehicles to ensure it is ready for use at any moment.

Job Site Support:
  • Responsible for picking up & handling shipping of auction lots to winning bidders.
  • Maintain job site kits: De-Clutter (2 kits), Move (2 kits), Re-Settle (1 kit), Clean Out (2 kits).
  • Work on liquidation jobs as needed (SODD days, CTBids pick-up days, deliver donations, deliver shipping).
  • Assist with re-settle jobs as needed.
  • Log and report daily job hours and services performed for accurate job costing and billing.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain supplies.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Proficient in using Connecteams for job scheduling and material tracking.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
