About Us:
We specialize in downsizing, relocating, and cleaning out homes with care, compassion, and professionalism. From packing and sorting to coordinating moves and donations, we handle the heavy lifting—literally and emotionally—so families don’t have to do it alone.
Your Role:
As a Clean-Out & Move Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our field team. Whether you’re packing up a lifetime of memories, disassembling a bed frame, or hauling donations, you’ll bring order to chaos and peace of mind to the families we serve.
What You’ll Do:
Sort, organize, and pack household items for moving or donation
Label and carefully wrap fragile items
Load and unload boxes, furniture, and supplies during moves
Assist in full home clean-outs and light cleaning tasks
Help with donation drop-offs and coordinating junk removal
Occasionally support in-person estate sales when needed
Communicate professionally with clients and your team

Experience breaking down and reassembling furniture
Can hang artwork, TVs, or mirrors securely
Are handy with tools and comfortable with basic household hardware
Enjoy solving little problems on the fly and thinking two steps ahead
Schedule & Expectations:
Flexible part-time hours during weekdays
Saturday availability is a plus, but not required
Travel to project sites (primarily within New Haven and Fairfield counties)
Ability to lift, carry, and move items (with help when needed)
Respect for client homes and personal belongings is a must
