What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll be part of a hands-on team that helps clients prepare their homes and belongings for the next chapter. Responsibilities include:
- Packing and unpacking household items with care
- Sorting and organizing personal belongings
- Assisting with downsizing and decluttering
- Preparing homes for estate sales or online auctions
- Supporting senior relocation projects
- Providing kind, respectful, and professional interaction with clients and families
- Light to moderate lifting
- Reliable and punctual
- Compassionate and respectful
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Positive, flexible, and willing to learn
- Comfortable being on their feet for several hours
- Comfortable working in sometimes dusty and dirty environments
- Reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling, auction set up and project management tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
- Competitive hourly wage to start plus paid training ($18/hr)
