Caring Transitions of Alpharetta & Canton, GA is looking for a Sales and Networking Team Member (Caring Ambassador) with a passion for the senior community and a talent for sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead GenerationProactively identify and target potential clients through a variety of outreach strategies, including cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, community organizations, and senior living facilities, to establish trust and loyalty.
  • Sales DevelopmentPartner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies aimed at expanding our service offerings and secure new business opportunities.
  • Market ResearchContinuously monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of activities, referral interactions, and progress in CRM systems to ensure alignment with sales targets and performance goals.
  • Client ConsultationsConduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their specific needs related to downsizing, relocation, and liquidation services. Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to identify the best possible solution.
  • Proposal Development: After each consultation, prepare and send detailed proposals tailored to the client's needs, outlining the scope of services and associated costs.
  • Client Follow-Up & ClosingRespond to client questions and concerns regarding the proposal and work closely with them to address any objections. The goal is to secure a signed Scope of Services Agreement, finalizing the client's commitment to our services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and proposals both in person and virtually.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital communication platforms.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Passion for serving seniors and families in transition.
  • Must undergo pre-employment background check. 

Hours & Scheduling

  • This is a part-time position, with an expected workload of approximately 25-30 hours per week. Some evening or weekend events may be required for networking opportunities and client contact or meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour (paid weekly)
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Monthly Bonus paid for individual results
  • Flexible schedule
