Key Responsibilities:

• Build and cultivate partnerships with real estate professionals, assisted living communities, retirement homes, and elder law attorneys.
• Generate a consistent flow of referrals to further our mission.
• Analyze and report on growth metrics to track our progress.
• Participate in our in-depth training program to become an expert in senior transitions.
• Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to understand our operations inside and out.
  
  Qualifications We’re Seeking:
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional partnerships.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, aligned with our company’s vision.

  Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate of $19-$21, plus performance-based bonuses.
