Caring Transitions of Hoschton and Hartwell GA is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand our local network.
If you're a people-person, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, and have a background in building relationships within this community, we want to hear from you! Retirees and stay-at-home candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with local assisted living, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, family-law attorneys, and other senior services providers.
Promote our services and grow a referral network to support seniors during their transitions.
Represent Caring Transitions at local networking events and community organization meetings to increase brand awareness.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the senior services community (assisted living, memory care, etc.) preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates willing to learn.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
Organized, results-driven, and familiar with CRM tools.
Reliable transportation with valid and clear driver’s license required.
