This part-time role involves building relationships with local adult living communities, realtors who specialize in seniors downsizing, and family attorneys managing probate and estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person visits, fostering connections, and identifying new business opportunities in a 15-mile radius. This position offers a flexible schedule, car allowance, hourly pay, and performance-based incentives. You will be a key part of a growing business serving the senior market with relocation, downsizing, and online estate sale support. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with senior-focused realtors, adult living communities, and family attorneys.
- Promote services related to relocation, downsizing, and estate sales to targeted groups.
- Manage and track leads within a designated 15-mile radius of Parsippany, NJ.
- Meet monthly business development goals and contribute to growing the client base.
