Business Development & Sales Representative (Part-Time)

We help seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, estate clean-outs, and online auctions. Fast-paced, hands-on work that makes a real difference.


The Role

A relationship-driven sales role focused on:

  • Building referral partnerships
  • Generating new client opportunities
  • Meeting with clients and converting projects

This is a field-based role—you’ll spend time in the community and in clients’ homes, not behind a desk.


What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with senior living communities, realtors, and local partners
  • Stay in regular contact through in-person visits and follow-up
  • Conduct in-home consultations
  • Recommend services and prepare estimates
  • Close projects and secure signed agreements
  • Manage and follow up on active opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong people skills and confidence meeting new people
  • Ability to turn relationships into business
  • Comfortable closing sales
  • Organized with strong follow-up
  • Proficient with CRM systems, phone, and web-based tools
  • Self-directed and reliable

Schedule

  • Part-time (~30 hours/week)
  • Weekday, daytime availability (midweek focus)

Compensation

Hourly pay $19-20 DOE + performance-based incentives
