The Role
A relationship-driven sales role focused on:
- Building referral partnerships
- Generating new client opportunities
- Meeting with clients and converting projects
This is a field-based role—you’ll spend time in the community and in clients’ homes, not behind a desk.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with senior living communities, realtors, and local partners
- Stay in regular contact through in-person visits and follow-up
- Conduct in-home consultations
- Recommend services and prepare estimates
- Close projects and secure signed agreements
- Manage and follow up on active opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people skills and confidence meeting new people
- Ability to turn relationships into business
- Comfortable closing sales
- Organized with strong follow-up
- Proficient with CRM systems, phone, and web-based tools
- Self-directed and reliable

Schedule
- Part-time (~30 hours/week)
- Weekday, daytime availability (midweek focus)
Compensation
Hourly pay $19-20 DOE + performance-based incentives
