About the Role

Join our team helping older adults and families organize, downsize, pack, and prepare for relocation.

You'll work under our Sorting & Packing Team Lead alongside other crew members. We're looking for dependable, patient people who enjoy hands-on work and helping others.

Responsibilities

Sort and organize household belongings.
Carefully pack fragile items, clothing, books, and household goods.
Label boxes and organize them for moving or storage.
Assist clients who may be anxious, overwhelmed, or indecisive.
Identify valuables and items requiring client decisions.
Follow Team Lead instructions and authorization procedures.
Keep workspaces safe and organized.

Qualifications

Patience, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
Good teamwork, communication, and organization.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Reliable transportation.
Packing, moving, organizing, or senior service experience preferred; training provided.

Physical Requirements

Standing, bending, reaching, packing, lifting and carrying boxes, and working in cluttered or multi-story homes, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule: Flexible part-time, project-based shifts, primarily weekdays.
