Caring Transitions of Hendersonville, NC is a senior relocation company. We help our senior clients when they need to move, downsize and declutter. We want to help make our clients' life transitions as smooth and stress-free as possible. We plan clients' move, pack them up, resettle them in their new home and deal with the things that they leave behind in their homes. We sell their belongings at estate sales, online auctions, online sales. We work with donation companies and liquidations. We clear out clients' homes so to help with their life transition goals. We need people to help our clients plan their move, pack their items and help them resettle in their new homes. We also need people to manage our estate sales and online auctions. Sometimes, we need to ship items out to buyers from online auctions so we also need someone to manage shipping. If this resonates with you, please apply.

- Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in their homes and in senior living communities.
- Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal, and cleanout.
- Use hand-held devices to create, photograph, and describe items.
- Sort, organize, research, label, and handle items for auction preparation and pickup.
- Coordinate and assist buyers during on-site pickup.
- Stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, hang items at or above 4 feet, pack/unpack and label boxes, climb stairs. Carry supplies, items, and moving boxes to/from vehicles, within a home or outbuilding.
- Follow best practices, health and safety requirements and company guidelines.
- Compassion and respect for clients and their families
- Strong verbal communication skills and English fluency
- Ability to complete tasks and work in fast paced, changing environments
- Punctual and attentive to detail
- Have transportation, and smart phone access for scheduling, time keeping and project management
- Age 18 years or older with valid driver’s license
- Must undergo pre-employment background check
