Job Description: Primary responsibilities are to work on a team sorting, organizing, donating and junk removal of items; prepare and assist with online auctions and in-person sales; downsize and declutter; pack, move and resettle clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sort and organize household goods to be moved, donated or sold
Pack and unpack household goods
Move supplies and boxes
Prepare homes for sale (may include light cleaning)
Prepare items for estate sale or online auction along with supporting sale, pick-up & shipments
Lifting and moving of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home
Provide exceptional customer service as you interact with clients and their families
Provide exceptional employee service as you work closely with a dedicated team of employees
Part-time, flexible schedule - no two days or weeks are the same
Qualifications and Skills:

Comfortable in a dynamic, growing business environment with the independence to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
Operates with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and drive a positive impact within the community
Maintains a positive, professional demeanor and remains open to constructive feedback and ongoing guidance
Capable of following directions accurately while working effectively under supervision
Available for weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays - comfortable with a part-time, fluid schedule as hours may vary weekly.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
Smartphone to utilize project management, scheduling, and time-keeping applications
Stand and remain active for extended periods, navigate stairs with ease, and lift or move items weighing up to 30 lbs
Willingness and ability to work in various conditions, including cluttered, dusty, or dirty environments, as well as fluctuating weather conditions
