Property Transition Specialist- Team Leader

Depew, NY - Part Time to Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee and guide our moving and cleanout team in the execution of projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage resources, ensure high-quality outcomes, and foster a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to drive team performance and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing team on senior relocations in Erie and Niagara Counties
  • Moving, clean outs and donation drop off runs
  • May also assist with estate sale set up and pick up.
  • Safely lift, move, and transport furniture, boxes, and household items
  • Load and unload moving trucks with care and efficiency
  • Assist with home transitions, packing, and setup as needed
Requirements
  • Work respectfully in clients’ homes
  • Communicate with team and leadership about upcoming and current jobs
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs)
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and motivated
  • Comfortable working on your feet and in a team environment
  • Prior moving or labor experience is a plus
  • Drivers license and reliable transportation
