We are a growing Caring Transitions business helping families through major life transitions—downsizing, estate liquidation, and senior relocations. This is hands-on work, but it also requires strong judgment, organization, and professionalism.
This is not a typical labor role. Our team members are trusted to work inside clients’ homes, make decisions about personal property, and represent our company with care and confidence.
What You’ll Do:
Organize and sort household contents with attention to value and detail
Photograph and list items for online auctions
Assist in managing auction pickup days and client interactions
Support senior relocation projects (packing, setup, resettling)
Ensure homes are left clean, organized, and client-ready
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in dynamic environments
Good judgment when handling personal property and client situations
Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, apps, and communication
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision
Physically capable of moving items, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day
Ideal Backgrounds:
Property management / apartment turnover
Estate sale / resale / antiques
Moving / relocation coordination
Hospitality or client service roles with responsibility
Organized individuals who take pride in completing work the right way
