Caring Transitions is seeking dependable, hard-working Team Members to assist with estate sales, online auctions, home cleanouts, organizing, and downsizing projects. This is a project-based, flexible part-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, can work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Our team works directly inside clients’ homes during important life transitions, so professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and strong customer service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing, sorting, staging, pricing, and preparing items for estate sales and online auctions
- Safely pack, move, lift, and transport household items and furniture
- Provide excellent customer service during estate sales and client interactions
- Maintain accuracy while handling inventory, pricing, and merchandise placement
- Work efficiently and with urgency to meet project deadlines
- Follow directions while also being able to think independently and solve problems on-site
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects quickly and professionally
- Support sale-day operations including checkout assistance, crowd flow, and customer questions

Experience in estate sales, retail, merchandising, moving, customer service, warehouse work, auctions, or organizing is helpful but not required.
