Caring Transitions is looking for more great people to join our growing team of compassionate helpers!

Do you want to serve older adults and their families transitioning into new living arrangements? Caring Transitions provides a range of services including space planning, organizing, decluttering, packing, resettling, estate sales & online auctions, home clean-outs, and more.

In this role you will help with:
  • Sorting, Organizing, Downsizing: Assist with separating items to organize, keep, donate, sell, or discard. Approach the process with sensitivity and empathy, respecting the personal value of items while helping to streamline possessions for their new living environment.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Securely wrap and box clients' belongings for transportation, using Caring Transitions’ approved materials and techniques. Resettle client into new residence, unpacking items with care, arranging them thoughtfully to create a welcoming and functional living space.
  • Estate Sales & Online Auctions: Eco-friendly solution for reuse. Sort, clean, stage, and price estate contents for sale. Photograph and describe items for sale on CTBids.com.
  • Home Clean-Outs: Remove personal property from client's home to help them complete their transition. Donate useable items in good condition.
With Caring Transitions, you will enjoy a flexible, part-time work schedule: great for retirees, stay-at-home parents, students & more. Full-time may be possible.
