We are looking for a community builder, connector, and opportunity creator who enjoys meeting people, developing partnerships, organizing events, and helping families discover solutions during major life transitions.
The Community Liaison & Business Development Representative will lead efforts to expand our referral network, strengthen community visibility, develop educational and networking events, and help generate new client opportunities throughout the region.
You'll work closely with local senior living communities, real estate professionals, estate attorneys, financial professionals, care managers, and other organizations that serve older adults and their families.
You'll also help create and coordinate workshops, networking events, educational presentations, and community outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness of Caring Transitions and generate new client relationships.
This position works alongside our existing community outreach team and is designed for someone who enjoys creating momentum, opening doors, and helping drive business growth.
You are naturally outgoing, resourceful, and proactive.
You enjoy building relationships, connecting people, creating opportunities, and making things happen.
You are comfortable walking into a room where you know nobody and leaving with five new professional connections.
