Team Leads PT-FT for Estate Sales, Pack and Move, Clean-outs
Job Description: Do you appreciate collectables? Do you like a, productive, and fun workspace? We are looking for problem solvers with an eye for detail? Caring Transitions of North Aurora is looking for team leads for our Moving team and our Estate Sales team.
What we do: Caring Transitions is a Senior relocation, downsizing and estate sales servace. People contact us because they need our help. Either they live out of town and their parents need help moving, they inherited an estate and don’t know how to downsize it, or they are moving out of the house they raised a family in and into a new community. They need help rightsizing 30 years of memories into a smaller, more manageable space.
Managers are key in the transition world. As a manager you oversee the onsite process, maintain the rhythm and flow of the job, you interact with the customer and direct venders where required. You are the first person on the job in the morning and the last one off at night.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent training required
Minimum of one year Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced and unique work environment
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Outstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal and communication skills are requirements of this role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Service experience is welcome
Eye for detail
Adaptable
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
Ability to lift and move 30 lbs, moving, climbing stares, placing and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation and resettling
Walking and/or standing in varying weather environments
