The Team Lead position at Caring Transitions oversees day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects such as estate sales, downsizing, online auctions, and cleanouts are completed efficiently and to company standards. This role coordinates logistics, assigns tasks, and supports team members through training and hands-on leadership while maintaining safety, organization, and quality. The Team Lead also serves as the main on-site point of contact and a liaison between staff and management, helping ensure clear communication, smooth workflow, and a positive client experience. This position requires strong leadership, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining Caring Transitions standards and procedures
Serve as a liaison between staff and management
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site
Coordinate project logistics, including setup, supplies, donation pickups, cleanout activities, and final property walkthroughs
Assign daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed efficiently
Be flexible, solution-focused, and willing to help wherever needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring team members follow safety guidelines and best practices
Lead with kindness, respect, and a positive attitude
40 hours per week
