Operations Manager – Caring Transitions Position Type: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time) Position Overview: The Operations Manager at Caring Transitions is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of services across all business functions, including organizing/packing/cleaning, online auction management, and business development. This role coordinates logistics, manages team schedules, and serves as the primary liaison with external vendors such as moving companies and packing material suppliers. The Operations Manager plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, optimizing workflow, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the Organizer/Packer/Cleaner, Photographer/Auction Manager, and Business Development Representative roles, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team.
Coordinate with moving companies and packing material suppliers to secure appropriate resources and ensure timely delivery of supplies for each project.
Oversee scheduling of team members using ADP or similar workforce management tools, ensuring adequate coverage for all client jobs and efficient use of labor.
Plan and manage logistics for client projects, including scheduling and coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs, and on-site services at client homes.
Monitor project progress, address operational challenges, and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices in all operational activities.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and project timelines.
Communicate regularly with clients to confirm schedules, provide updates, and address any concerns or special requests.
Collaborate with management to identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and strategies for business growth.
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Business Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in operations management, logistics, or team supervision preferred.
Familiarity with the senior services industry or moving/relocation services is a plus.
