Are you organized, dependable, and eager to grow into a leadership role? Caring Transitions of Boca Raton is looking for an Operations Manager to help coordinate estate sales, senior relocations, and downsizing projects with care and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Help plan, schedule, and oversee daily job operations (estate sales, relocations, cleanouts)

  • Coordinate team members and ensure each job is properly staffed

  • Communicate with clients compassionately and professionally

  • Conduct on-site consultations and basic walkthroughs

  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members

  • Manage job logistics (e.g., donation pickups, bulk trash, vendor appointments)

  • Help track leads, follow up with clients, and update project records

  • Contribute to improving internal processes and efficiency

  • Support owner and general manager with admin tasks and reports


What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new systems and grow into the role
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working on-site with physical tasks when needed
  • Basic comfort with computers, email, and mobile apps (we’ll train you)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A Boca Raton or nearby local is defiantly preferrable for this position​​​​​​​

Bonus points if you’ve ever worked in moving, logistics, customer service, or managing teams—but none of that is required.
