WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:
As a Part-Time Team Member, you’ll be part of a team that helps clients:
- Downsize and relocate, often into senior living communities.
- Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in new homes.
- Sort household items for donation, resale, recycling, or disposal.
- Photograph and catalog items using hand-held devices for estate sales.
- Assist during on-site estate sales or buyer pickups.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout project sites.
- Standing for long periods, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting items (up to 25 lbs).
- Carrying supplies and boxes within homes and to/from vehicles.

- Are compassionate, respectful, and sensitive to the needs of older adults.
- Enjoy working in diverse environments—every home and client is different.
- Thrive in fast-paced, changing conditions and can work independently or on a team.
- Are detail-oriented, punctual, and take pride in delivering excellent service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation and smartphone access for scheduling and timekeeping.
- Willingness to work in homes that may be cluttered or dusty (gloves, aprons, and PPE provided).
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Typical schedule: 10–25 hours/week depending on project load.
- $16 per hour, depending on experience and role responsibilities.
- Opportunities for wage increases and advancement to Team Lead roles.
- Flexible, part-time scheduling—ideal for retirees, caregivers, and individuals balancing other commitments.
