We’re looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Liaison & Business Development Representative to help grow our community presence, develop trusted referral partnerships, and connect more families with the services they need. This is a position for someone who enjoys people, is comfortable making connections, can work independently, and wants meaningful work with flexibility.

It could be an especially great fit for an experienced professional looking for a rewarding next chapter without the demands of a traditional full-time sales career. Experience matters, but how you show up matters more.

Our ideal team member:

  • Naturally connects with people and enjoys building relationships
  • Is comfortable initiating conversations and opening new doors
  • Builds trust through authenticity, consistency, and follow-through
  • Communicates professionally and confidently
  • Can independently manage a flexible schedule and priorities
  • Understands that successful relationships require consistent follow-up
  • Is comfortable asking for referrals and business opportunities
  • Takes ownership of their commitments and results
  • Is organized and pays attention to details
  • Brings positive, solutions-focused energy
  • Is curious, coachable, and always looking for ways to improve
  • Must have reliable smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps for work-related communication and tasks
  • Is comfortable using email, social media, and basic business technology
  • Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling locally within our service area

Success in this role isn’t measured by how many networking events you attend or business cards you collect.

It’s measured by the relationships and opportunities you create.

You’ll be successful when you are:

  • Building new, qualified referral relationships
  • Maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships
  • Generating qualified leads and referrals
  • Increasing awareness of Caring Transitions throughout our community
  • Following through consistently and documenting activity
  • Learning which relationships and activities generate results
  • Using that information to continuously improve your approach
  • Representing Caring Transitions in a way that makes people want to work with us, trust us, and refer families to us

We’ll provide clear expectations and a simple scorecard so you’ll always know what success looks like and we’ll celebrate the wins along the way.

About Us:

At Caring Transitions, you’ll have the opportunity to use the relationships you build to make a genuine difference for families during some of life’s biggest transitions.

Come help us build relationships, grow our impact, and make life’s transitions a little easier with one connection at a time.
