About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to assist with preparing and marketing estate projects. This role is hands-on and requires both photography skills and marketing creativity. You will be photographing and staging items, writing descriptions, and preparing listings for online estate sale platforms.

Our work often takes place in unique environments, including dusty and hoarder homes, so adaptability, professionalism, and comfort in these conditions are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Photograph furniture, décor, collectibles, and household items for online sale listings
  • Write clear, engaging item descriptions
  • Stage and organize items for photography and marketing purposes
  • Upload photos and descriptions to online estate platforms (training provided)
  • Support project marketing and setup as needed

Requirements:

  • Creative eye for photography and staging
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in dusty or hoarder home environments
  • Flexibility to work daytime hours and occasional weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation
