Position Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Relocation & Estate Operations Specialist to join our compassionate and hardworking team.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working in diverse home settings, and being part of a close-knit, caring team. You’ll assist seniors and families during major life transitions — handling belongings with care, organizing spaces, and ensuring each move or project runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with packing, sorting, boxing, bagging, and organizing household goods for relocation, downsizing, or estate clean-out projects.
  • Work on-site in various home environments throughout the Minneapolis metro area.
  • Support clients with compassion — providing guidance and reassurance through emotionally sensitive situations.
  • Assist with unpacking and resettling clients in their new homes.
  • Handle donations, consignment, and disposals according to client preferences.
  • Use mobile apps (such as Connecteam) to manage schedules and assignments.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients’ homes.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in moving, packing, organizing, estate sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.
  • Reside in or near the Twin Cities Metro Area with reliable transportation.

This position is part-time with a flexible schedule. Your work schedule will vary based on client needs and your availability. We operate Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU ARE SCHEDULED MAY VARY EACH WEEK AND NO MINIMUM IS GUARANTEED. Does this fit what you are looking for?*
