About the Role
We are looking for dependable, kind, and organized individuals to join our team as Client Transition Specialists.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is ideal for:
- Retirees who want meaningful, active work
- Stay-at-home parents looking for flexible hours
- Individuals seeking supplemental income
- Anyone who enjoys hands-on work and serving their community
Every project is different, and your work will directly help families during important life moments.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and sort household items
- Help pack, unpack, and resettle belongings
- Assist with estate sale setup and online auctions
- Photograph items for auction listings
- Interact respectfully and compassionately with clients
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Operate point-of-sale systems when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, compassionate personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Respectful of client privacy and belongings
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
No specific industry experience required — training is provided.
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry items up to 40 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Stand, bend, and move throughout the day
- Work in residential homes that may include stairs or light dust
Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
Schedule
- Part-time, project-based
- Flexible weekday hours
- No guaranteed minimum hours
