At Caring Transitions of North Madison & Sun Prairie, we help seniors and their families through life's transitions by providing downsizing, relocation, estate sales, online auctions, and home clean-out services. Every project is different, and every day offers an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.

What You'll Do
No two days are the same! Depending on the project, you may assist with:
Online Auctions & Estate Sales
- Organize, sort, and prepare items for online auctions
- Photograph items using our easy-to-use CTBids mobile app
- Research and write descriptions for antiques, collectibles, and unique items
- Assist with estate sale setup, customer support, and cleanup
- Help ensure organized and efficient buyer pickup days
Packing & Relocation Services
- Carefully pack, label, and organize household belongings
- Help prepare homes for moving
- Treat clients' belongings with care, dignity, and respect
Home Clean-Out Services
- Sort items for donation, sale, recycling, or disposal
- Help organize donations and remove unwanted items
- Leave homes clean, organized, and ready for their next chapter
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping others
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile apps
- Able to lift approximately 30 pounds and remain active throughout the day
- Flexible, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team
Experience in senior transitions, estate sales, antiques, or resale is a plus—but it's not required. We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What We Offer
- Starting pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Flexible part-time scheduling
- Typical daytime shifts (approximately 10:00 AM–3:00 PM)
