Job Description:
Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for photography, and love helping others? Join our Caring Transitions family as a Photographer/Organizer! In this role, you’ll combine your organizational skills with photography to help post on our online auctions. You’ll be key in documenting items for online estate auctions and organizing homes for relocations or downsizing. This is a part-time to full-time position, offering flexibility for those looking for rewarding work with an opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photographing Items for Online Auctions: Capture clear, detailed photos of items for estate sale listings on our CTBids platform. These photos help drive the online auction process, so attention to detail and high-quality images are essential.
- Staging and Setting Items for Photos: Organize and arrange items for optimal presentation in photographs, ensuring that they look their best for potential buyers.
- Hands-on Organizing: Sort, categorize, and organize household items, memorabilia, and personal belongings with care and sensitivity.
- Packing Expertise: Safely and efficiently pack clients' belongings for relocation, making sure all items are secure for the move.
- Compassionate Care: Offer support and understanding as clients transition, treating every item with respect and ensuring the client feels comfortable and confident throughout the process.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our relocation specialists to ensure smooth, stress-free transitions for clients.

Qualifications:
- Experience or passion for photography with an eye for detail and composition
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes/items (up to 30 lbs)
- Basic handyman skills for minor home repairs (patching, painting, etc.)
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in packing, organizing, or relocation services is a plus but not required – we will train the right person!
