We help families through life transitions by downsizing, organizing, packing, resettling, and supporting estate sales with compassion and care. Every day is different — no desk job here.

This flexible part-time role is perfect for retirees, parents, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income while working with a fun, supportive team. Hours may vary based on seasonal demand and project availability.

What You’ll Do

• Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle household items
• Assist with downsizing, cleanouts, and estate sales
• Photograph and describe items using a smartphone or tablet
• Help stage, sort, label, and prepare items for resale
• Deliver excellent customer service during every project
• Work closely with a team while also being self-motivated and dependable

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout the day
• Reliable transportation 
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in changing environments with compassion and professionalism
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a background check
