Your Role:
As the Sort/Organizing & Packing Team Lead, you’ll manage sorting, packing, and unpacking tasks for clients, leading a team and ensuring everything runs smoothly and to Caring Transitions’ high standards. Every project is unique, and you’ll play a key role in making a challenging time easier for seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate sorting, packing, and unpacking tasks during projects.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and precision, documenting any pre-existing damage.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Manage supplies and ensure project areas meet company standards.
• Resettle spaces to be organized, tidy, and move-in ready.
• Work with flexibility, adapting to changing schedules and project needs.
Flexibility Is Essential:
This position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our clients and the nature of project-based work. While projects may vary in frequency, they are the backbone of this role. During slower periods, hours will be limited, but as our company grows, opportunities for consistent, full-time work will increase.
