Clean Out Team Member

Caring Transitions proudly serves clients and their families by providing an array of services to ease the stressful transitions that arise with downsizing from their homes.  As a full-turnkey company, we provide professional relocation, downsizing and estate sale services.

We are seeking Clean Out Team Members for our location in the Lutz and Land O’ Lakes area.  This role involves clearing out homes, handling large items at times, as well as cleaning and organizing spaces. The work can be physically demanding, requiring strength and stamina, but it is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with a fun and supportive team making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers and team
• Assisting in clearing out homes, including garages, sheds and other areas of the home
• Assisting in sorting and organizing items for donation, disposal or resale
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work space
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Safely lift and move heavy items as needed
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• Physical demands can include prolonged standing, walking, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects such as furniture, mattresses, etc.
• Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
• Willing to work in outdoor areas such as garages, sheds, porches, etc.
• Reliable transportation - we serve the Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Spring Hill, Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to different job sites
• Must pass background check


Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour

The Clean Out Team Member position is part-time on an as needed basis with no guaranteed hours. This is a perfect fit for any individual who would like to make extra income but does not require a consistent work schedule.
