About the Role Caring Transitions is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative to support multiple territories across the south metro Twin Cities. This role is responsible for building referral relationships, generating leads, and converting consultations into signed service agreements. This is not just a networking role — this is a revenue-generating position with clear expectations and measurable outcomes.
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
Commission Structure: Additional earning potential based on contracts closed
Total Compensation Ranges: $60,000 – $85,000+

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral partner relationships (senior communities, realtors, social workers, etc.)
Conduct in-person outreach and networking across assigned territories
Generate and track qualified leads
Schedule and close consultations into signed contracts
Maintain accurate and consistent activity within CRM systems
Represent Caring Transitions with professionalism and empathy
Performance Expectations (KPIs) This role is performance-driven and includes clear weekly and monthly targets: Weekly Targets:
20–25 outreach activities (calls, emails, visits)
6–10 in-person meetings with referral partners
4–6 consultations scheduled
2–3 signed contracts
Monthly Targets:
10–12+ signed contracts
Consistent pipeline of active referral relationships
Demonstrated growth in territory lead generation
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Build 10–15 active referral partnerships
Consistently schedule consultations by Day 30
Begin closing contracts by Day 45–60
Demonstrate measurable pipeline growth and territory impact
Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship-based selling
Can demonstrate measurable results (KPIs, revenue growth, conversion rates, etc.)
Is comfortable working independently across multiple territories
Is highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
Thrives in a performance-based role
Communicates with empathy and professionalism in sensitive client situations
