Looking for a hands-on job that keeps you active and lets you make a real impact? Join our Caring Transitions team! We help families through major life changes by sorting, packing, photographing, and resettling belongings with care and compassion. It’s meaningful work with variety every day — no desk required.

You’ll be required to lift items up to 25 lbs, bend and move throughout homes, organize household contents, and help clients feel at home in their new space. You’ll also use a smartphone to take and upload photos (we’ll show you how!).

We love to promote from within. Team members often grow into leadership roles like House Lead, Business Development, or Dispatch/Ops Manager. If you’re reliable, positive, and eager to learn, this could be the start of something big.

We work at homes throughout San Antonio, TX, and are required to transport ourselves from job site to job site. Do you possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation?*
Are you knowledgeable about the resale value of household items (i.e., antiques, vintage, art, collectibles)?*
We require employees to have their own smart phone for scheduling purposes. Do you have a smart phone?*
We use a self-scheduling app to fill available hours on jobs. The app sends texts and app notifications to fill available shifts, and hours are first come, first serve. Are you okay with self-scheduling?*
Are you comfortable using a smart phone to take quality photos and input data?*
We have very high standards regarding our clients. Are you willing to submit a background check?*
We work in teams, but mostly independent in the houses. Some employees put in headphones and work all day like this. Are you okay with this type of work environment?*
Are you comfortable working in environments that may include dust, clutter, or even foul odors at times?*
Are you able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance?*

Our workdays are 8am - 3pm and when doing senior moves 8am - 4pm. Do you have any restrictions that would prevent you from being punctual or consistently available for scheduled jobs?*
